The firm is led by Laurence Murphy, P.E. who has extensive experience permitting small and large projects throughout the state of New Jersey for Fortune 500 clients. Focused on land development, he has practiced civil engineering for more than 14 years with over 10 years of experience within the State of New Jersey. Working as a project manager for a large engineering firm, he obtained a broad range of experience managing projects, navigating the complex Northeast permitting process, and establishing relationships with these permitting agencies. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in 1996 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New Jersey. He also is recognized as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council which denotes knowledge of green design, construction, and operations.
